Where can I get pre-built binaries for Win32?

A pre-built DLL may be found in the support/win32dll directory of the 2.5 release. I’ll put some more binaries up in a bit.

The pre-built DLL has been removed from the source archive for 2.6, but in return there is a binary package for Win32.
