# Trouble Installing GLFW with Cygwin (Win 7 starter 32 bit)

Hello,

Newbie here. I followed the instructions on the website and entered:  
$ env TARGET=i686-pc-mingw32- make cross-mgw

and got the error message:  
make: \*\*\* No rule to make target ‘cross-mgw’. Stop.

Any help would be appreciated.
